Egypt Visa Application Process
The Egypt eVisa application process is simple and quick and requires only a few steps. Visa professionals are 2/7 available to assist applicants in completing the application.
The application process consists of the following steps.
Step 1: Applicant's Registration
Purpose: Create the Application Record
Provide details such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone / WhatsApp
- Nationality
- Expected arrival date
- Security verification
Step 2: Complete the Main Visa Application Form
Purpose: Provide visa information for processing.
A. Enter Visa and Passport Details
Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport and choose visa type (90-day or 180-day validity); provide passport number, passport expiry date, country of departure, nationality, occupation, and marital status.
B. Travel History and Document Upload
Indicate whether any country has previously denied entry or issued a deportation order. Upload a clear copy of the passport bio-data page to continue the application.
Add Additional Applicants
Applicants can add multiple travellers to the same application using the "+ Add Applicant" option.
Select a processing option such as normal, rush or super-rush.
A 40% discount applies only to multiple applications submitted under the Rush/Super Rush Processing option. Normal Processing does not include this discount.
Applicants should review the Egypt Visa Fee before submitting the application to confirm the total payable amount.
Step 3: Submit and Preview
Purpose: Detail Verification
Applicants should review all entered information, including personal details, passport information, uploaded documents, and the selected processing option.
Applicants may edit any incorrect information before submission. Once everything is verified, click “Confirm & Submit” to proceed with the Egypt eVisa application.
Applicants may also choose “Save & Exit” to complete the application later.
Step 4: Pay Application Processing Fee
Purpose: Complete the Payment to Start Visa Processing.
After submitting the application, the applicant is required to proceed to pay the Egypt eVisa processing fee. An order ID is generated at this stage for application tracking.
Applicants may change the selected processing option before completing payment.
Payment may be completed using a debit card, credit card, or supported cryptocurrency.
Step 5: Status Tracking and Approved Egypt e-Visa Delivery
Once the fee is paid, the applicant can track the status using the temporary order ID and registered email address.
The approved Egypt eVisa is delivered to the applicant's registered email ID once approved.
