Yes. To extend an Egypt eVisa, travellers must visit the Mugamma Building in Tahrir Square, Cairo. The process may take several hours, so early application is recommended

How to Check Your Egypt E-Visa Validity?

After approval, the Egypt eVisa is sent to the applicant’s registered email address. 

The approved eVisa clearly displays:

• Visa type
• Validity period
• Permitted stay duration

Note: If travel dates change and the eVisa remains valid, travellers may still use the visa. Departure from Egypt must occur before the visa expiry date.
